Rates:

Our standard cleaning rate is $30 per hour.  We do this so that we can best customize our services to your needs!  If we don't need to be there as long, then you pay less.  If you want additional services, than we can provide them and will only charge you for the extra time we are there.

To help give you an estimate the following is a guideline which will vary depending on the size of the house and the work that needs to be done. 

• Initial Home Cleanings: start at $120 for small homes. For larger homes the initial cleaning rate will be higher. (Take 4 - 5 hours depending on size and how much work is involved)
• Maintenance House Cleaning: Weekly, bi-weekly starting at $75.00 per cleaning
• Once a Month House cleaning: starting at $120 (small homes)
• Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00
• One Time Thorough Cleanings: starting at $150.00
• Before/After Party Cleaning: Estimate based on customer needs
